OEM & Customization
Start with a product from the SIHON catalog and tell us what needs to change. We assess customization requests for the specific model and quantity; availability varies across our product categories.
Our operating and supply-chain base is in Tianchang, China. Products in the catalog are not all manufactured in one factory, and listing a product does not mean that every customization option is available.
Branding & packaging
Discuss logo placement, labels, manuals and packaging artwork. Send your proposed artwork and language requirements so the options can be checked for the selected product.
Appearance & configuration
Specify the color, enclosure, dimensions, accessories or configuration you need. Changes depend on the existing product design and available components.
Electrical requirements
For applicable electrical products, identify the required voltage, frequency, plug and operating conditions. Compatibility and any design changes need a model-specific review.
Tooling & development
A new enclosure, mold or substantial redesign requires a separate feasibility assessment. Do not assume development, tooling or exclusive designs are included with a standard product order.
What to include in your enquiry
- The product URL, model and required specification or variant.
- Your estimated quantity and destination country.
- A clear description of the changes, artwork or drawings where relevant.
- Any testing, documentation or regulatory requirements for your market.
Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, costs and lead times must be confirmed for the individual request. Certification or compliance for one model should not be assumed to cover another model or a modified version.
Agree the details before ordering
Ask for written confirmation of the final specification, customization scope, sample or artwork approval requirements, and commercial terms before proceeding. The product page remains the starting point for the standard model.
