How to Order
Use the SIHON catalog to identify products, then send your requirements through the existing enquiry popup or the contact options on the product page. An enquiry starts a discussion; it is not an order confirmation.
1. Choose your products
Browse the categories and open each product page. Note the product URL, model, specification and required variant. Check the listed parameters rather than relying on a category image.

Include the product link, estimated quantity, destination country and intended configuration. For electrical products, include voltage, frequency and plug requirements where relevant.
Use Request a Quote on the page. You do not need to subscribe to a newsletter to make an enquiry.
3. Review the details
Confirm availability, the exact specification, quantity, quotation, delivery arrangements and any product-specific customization. Ask about samples or documentation if you need them.
4. Confirm before proceeding
Review the written quotation and order details before agreeing to proceed. Confirm any artwork or sample approval requirements and the applicable payment and shipping terms.
For OEM or customized requirements
Customization is assessed individually. Branding, packaging, electrical changes and new tooling have different requirements. Describe the changes clearly and ask for the agreed scope, costs and timing in writing.
